    Types of Permanent Residency

    Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FST)

Express Entry is a fast-track immigration system for skilled workers. It includes the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Federal Skilled Trades (FST) programs, assessing candidates based on education, experience, and adaptability.

PNP allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals with specific skills and experience needed in their region. Each province has its own selection criteria, offering pathways to permanent residency for qualified candidates.

This program enables Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouse, children, or parents for permanent residency, ensuring family reunification. Sponsors must meet financial and eligibility requirements.

AIP is designed to attract skilled workers and international graduates to the Atlantic provinces (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island) through job offers from designated employers.

RNIP helps smaller communities in Canada attract skilled workers by providing a pathway to permanent residency for those who meet job requirements and demonstrate a commitment to settling in these regions.

This program targets experienced workers in the agriculture and food processing sectors, addressing labor shortages in meat processing, greenhouse crop production, and mushroom farming with a pathway to permanent residency.

H&C applications are for individuals who do not qualify under standard immigration programs but have compelling humanitarian reasons to stay in Canada, such as hardship, family ties, or established community connections.
